Introduction to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Lycans Martial Arts are happy to announce their new introduction to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu course.

The course will begin on Tuesday 17th of March and run for 6 weeks on Tuesdays from 5.30pm-6.30pm and Thursdays from 6.00pm-7.00 pm at Lycans Martial Arts Academy.

The course is suitable for those with no previous martial arts experience, and will be an excellent introduction to the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

So whether you looking for a new hobby, trying to get fit or have a particular interested in the art of BJJ then this course is for you.

The course will cost £30.
